1. Acceptance of these Terms

Nexify Academy ("Nexify Academy", "we", "us" or "our") provides online education services, including live, mentor-led courses, recorded lessons and related learning resources. By creating an account, enrolling in a course or otherwise using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our services

Nexify Academy is an education technology provider. We deliver online courses and training programs; we do not sell software products. Some programs include complimentary professional tools as a free perk of enrollment, as described in our Complimentary Software Policy. Course content, schedules and instructors may change to improve the learning experience.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, and you may not share your account or course access with others.

4. Enrollment and access

Enrolling in a course grants you a personal, non-transferable right to access the live classes, recordings and learning materials for that program for its stated duration. Access is for your individual, non-commercial learning use only.

5. Fees and payment

Course fees are shown at the point of enrollment. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers (such as Stripe and Whop); we do not store your full card details. You agree to pay all fees for the courses you enroll in.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials — including videos, presentations, notes, assessments and downloadable resources — are the property of Nexify Academy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use them solely for your own learning. You may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly share or create derivative works from any course materials without our prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our platform, disrupt classes, harass instructors or other learners, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.

8. Complimentary tools

Selected courses include complimentary professional tools provided as a free benefit of enrollment. These tools are supplied by third-party providers and are governed by the terms and availability set by those providers. They are not sold by Nexify Academy and carry no separate charge or refund.

9. No guarantee of outcomes

Our courses are designed to help you build skills, but we do not guarantee any specific result, certification, salary, job or employment outcome. Your progress depends on your participation, effort and factors outside our control, including market conditions.

10. Refunds

Enrollment fees are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexify Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
